Welcome to Lion Star Tattoo. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lion Star Tattoo (the “Studio”).
This website and online store (the “Site”) is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the online e‑commerce platform that enables us to sell certain products through the Site (the “Store Services”).
The Studio also provides tattoo services, including consultations and tattoo appointments (“Tattoo Services”). Tattoo Services are not shipped products. They are performed in person by appointment.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Site, purchase products, or book Tattoo Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://lionstartattoo.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
To use certain features of the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS (PHYSICAL GOODS AND DIGITAL GOODS)
We may offer physical goods (for example, artwork, prints, or merchandise) and may offer digital goods.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary based on your device.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 — TATTOO SERVICES (IN‑PERSON SERVICES)
3.1 Booking and approval
Tattoo projects are reviewed individually. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion.
3.2 Deposits
If a deposit is required, the deposit terms will be provided during booking or in writing before the appointment is confirmed.
3.3 Appointment timing and lateness
You are responsible for arriving on time. If you arrive late, the appointment may be shortened to protect the schedule, and the full rate may still apply.
3.4 Rescheduling and cancellations
Rescheduling and cancellation terms are provided on the Booking page and/or at the time of booking and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3.5 Client eligibility and disclosures
You agree to provide accurate information relevant to eligibility and safety, including age confirmation and relevant medical conditions.
You are responsible for consulting a licensed clinician regarding medical questions, medications, or conditions that may affect tattooing.
3.6 Aftercare and results
Healing outcomes vary by placement, skin, and aftercare. You agree to follow aftercare guidance provided by the Studio.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS (STORE PURCHASES)
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy (https://lionstartattoo.com/policies/refund-policy).
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 5 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (STORE PURCHASES)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, text, graphics, images, and the selection and arrangement of content, are owned by the Studio or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non‑commercial use only.
SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to third‑party tools. We provide access “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
SECTION 9 — THIRD‑PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third‑party sites. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices.
SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Lion Star Tattoo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Lion Star Tattoo. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Lion Star Tattoo, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lion Star Tattoo.

Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Studio is headquartered, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting changes to the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
