Before completing the form, take a moment to consider the following:

1. Clarify the Concept

Have a clear sense of subject matter or visual direction. Be detailed, specific ideas provide a stronger foundation than general descriptions.

2. Placement & Scale

Know where the tattoo will be placed and how much space you are willing to dedicate. Scale directly shapes structure, detail, and session planning.

3. Commitment & Investment

Large-scale work is completed over multiple sessions. Review pricing and scheduling to ensure alignment before moving forward.

4. Share Reference Images

Provide a focused selection of images that reflect structure, mood, or design language. References are used for direction only and are never copied.

Pricing & Duration

$1200 / Full Day – 8 hours

$700 / Half Day – 4 hours

$200 / Hour

Arm Sleeves: Typically 4–6 full days

Leg Sleeves: Typically 6–10 full days

Large-scale projects are completed over multiple sessions, with a minimum of three weeks between appointments to allow proper healing.

Deposits & Rescheduling

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your first appointment.

The deposit is applied toward the final session of your project.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule.

Up to two reschedules per calendar year are permitted.

Failure to provide required notice or exceeding the reschedule limit results in forfeiture of the deposit.

Once a large-scale project begins, appointments are scheduled consistently until completion.
